This limited license ('License') contains rights and 
restrictions associated with use of the accompanying Software and documentation ('Software'). Before installing this Software read the License carefully.

1. A limited license

This License does not authorize Licensee to use any Object Generation AB name, trademark or logo.

4. Disclaimer of warranty
Software is provided 'AS IS', without a warranty of any kind. Hereby all express or implied representations and warranties are excluded. Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or infringement is also excluded.

5. Limitation of liability
Object Generation AB and its licensors are not liable for any damages suffered by licensee or any third party as a result of using or distributing Software. In no event will Object Generation AB or its Licensors be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect or special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Object generation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination 
Licensee may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of Software. If Licensee fails to comply with any provision in this License, this License will terminate immediately without any notice from Object Generation AB. License must upon such termination destroy all copies of Software.

7. Export regulations
The Software and technical data delivered under this License are subject to Swedish export control laws and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Licensee agrees to comply strictly with all such laws and regulations and acknowledges that it has the responsibility to obtain licenses to export, re-export or import as required after the delivery to it.

8. Governing law
Any action related to this License is to be governed by Swedish laws. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply.

9. Supplement
If any of the provisions above are held to be in violation of applicable law, void or enforceable in any jurisdiction, then such provisions are herewith waived to the extent necessary for the License to otherwise be enforceable in such jurisdiction. But if, in Object Generation AB's opinion, deletion of any provisions of the License by operation of this p unreasonably compromises the rights or increase the liabilities of Object Generation AB or its licensors, Object Generation AB reserves the right to terminate the License. Licensee must upon such termination destroy all copies of Software.

This product bundles Hibernate, which is distributed under the terms of the FSF Lesser Gnu Public License (see LGPL).
